Title, pretty much, Is this possible win Windows 10? I see references to dxcpl, which looks like you need to download the Windows SDK to get, but could I then use that to add explorer.exe to the list...

Edit c:\windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts and add the following lines at the bottom

127.0.0.1 emclient.com
127.0.0.1 www.emclient.com
