By way of an update - I deleted both of the partitions and it worked absolutely fine, no problems at all (...accepting that I'll have lost the Lenovo OneKey Recovery).

That's a separate external drive that I've encrypted using VeraCrypt
Thanks. I've downloaded Easeus Partition Manager. The 12.51GB partition is labelled "PBR_DRV" and around 10GB of the 12.5 GB is used.
From searching, PBR_DRV is used by Lenovo for the One Key...
