It ended up being the CPU that was causing the issues, guessing a bad memory controller or something.
Did a return to Amazon and picked up a 5800X3D and everything has been smooth since.

I tried swapping out the memory with a set of known good Vulcan Z 8GBx2 3000mhz and still BSODs.
Motherboard and CPU are both within the Amazon return window so I'm gonna probably request...
