Well, my wife's HP Elite Desk mini-me box (which is a good bit older than the OP's machine) with an i7-9700k has been running W11 pretty well for a while now, so I don't know why the OP's machine...
Frequent BSOD's and the other issues you describe are almost always signs of corrupted system files, and if the normal fixes mentioned so far don't or can't correct the problem, then the best thing...
Not no...

Even top tier Gen 3 drives typically max out at ~3500MB/s, and Gen 4 @~7400MB/s, so there is NO way those numbers are real, especially that 3rd row...which AFAIK, is physically & electrically...
Or other places too, for less (which shall remain nameless) if you know where to go.....I got my W10Pro & Office 21Pro w/lifetime upgrades together for only $29...

However, if you are using Word to create standard Word documents, you should...
Both of those drivers are built into w10 by default, but they don't load unless you plug in something that requires them, which is normal for a lot of USB devices that were NOT part of the OEM...
I've been using a Dell adapter for years with my work machine and Cat6e cable, nottaproblemo. It has NO drivers installed, does NOT show up in device manager, but just WORKS :)

I would say "bring it" but I have already started buying up large batches of the 4TB WD 850x's at really good prices, will be interesting to see how much "sammy tax" will be loaded into these...
