Sorry for delay in updating. I found a setting in Avast for"web screen". toggling it off seems to have cured the problem! Still getting pop ups but these are these are the normal "dodgy website"...

Cannot find it on notifications list. If I try and connect to sublimity.uk , I get "cannot access server" and the damn pop up appears!
I'll remove Avast later, change to Windows Defender for a few...
