Installing older drivers seemed to have fixed my issues thanks for your help everyone.

I have done aida64 cpu, fpu, cache, system memory and gpu stability test all at once for 4 hours no issues and temps never above 81c.
also ran unigine superposition for 4 hours along with the aida64...

650w is more then enough for my system:

intel i5 10600k TDP -125 watts
AMD rx6600 TDP - 132 watts AMD recommends minimum 450 watt psu

I got my card back from the store testing and they didn't find any hardware issues and they think it's a driver issue. Im going to try some older drivers and see if that stop the freezing.

No issues so far with my old gpu (gtx 780) I have brought my new gpu (rx6600) to the store for them to test and I will have results by friday dec 16.

Ram passed no errors,
Troubleshooting said no recommended troubleshooters right now.

Capacitors that I can see look fine. I am going to bring my rx6600...

I had a corsair RM760 in there which is just over a year...

Ran check disk and it just scanned no repairs.
sfc no integrity violations.
dism both were successful. no corruption.
