Created the USB drive with a Win 10 22h2 MCT file. Booted from said USB as there was nothing else to boot from. All partitions were deleted. It was unallocated space when I started the installation....

I ended up with build 1511 because I went back and reinstalled it when the latest build installed but persisted in giving me a black screen.
