Swapped out the additional memory and checked in different slots, improved to 8 hours of uptime. So assuming that the extra memory is bad, but somehow passing tests. But 8 hours uptime is still not...

I used the same exact same model (and brand) as the OEM provided - Samsung DDR4 PC4-2666V-SC0-11 (CA68). And yes, problems persisted. Will try again, though. Might as well re-seat the factory stick...
