I use the commands from bellow to have my PC search only local files:
Using cmd as admin and then reboot:

reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search /f /v BingSearchEnabled /t...

I would recommend to use ROBOCOPY, its cmd/powershell windows built in, and its faster when working with thousands of files/folders and also you can have a log file

In short, the AVR was the issue, so I replaced the AVR from other brand and problem solved.

I had 21H2 before formating the PC, and just noticed that I used the earlier version 20H2.

Regarding the BIOS, I've never updated so far.
