And you still can get removable ram on some machines, but you have to do research. Or pay more for more soldered ram before you buy.

That's a relatively new program and I know the issue was going on before I installed it a month ago.

Yeah, I right-mouse click the file in Explorer ++ and it comes up with the standard context menu.

This is not a BSOD. What happens is whenever I move my mouse over a VLC mp4 file and attempt to click on it, Explorer starts locking up, the Explorer window goes gray and the taskbar suddenly...
