Yes this exactly what i did, forgot to mention that conhost.exe was actually renamed to notepad.exe.

That's part true however they are run inside cmd.exe, but launched by explorer.exe.

Problem is excel shows this warning for any other file than text including .vbs and .lnk

When i run command
c:\windows\explorer.exe d:\run.bat it loads bat file as if i click it in windows explorer.

Thanks anyway, its okay no need for script, creating Desktop.ini in notepad is more than simple and easy approach, i can use AutoHotkey to generate it automatically if needed later.
