All users in the Administrators group have equal rights/permissions. Perhaps you mean TrustedInstaller, which technically has more rights, so it can be considered as the "true" admin of the OS.

From my experience, you should NOT use parenthesis ( ) in a .BAT or .CMD filename.
Technically they are allowed, but they may cause the script to fail.
