Same problem here since I upgraded to Windows 10. I'm finding that I can see all of the other computers on my network (six in total) from one machine, none from another, others can see some machines...

Same problem here, and sure enough the problem was using a PIN. Not using a PIN is hardly a solution, though – I find it much more convenient to use a PIN. Let's hope Microsoft fixes this.
