Is IPv6 running on both machines?
Check your wifi/ethernet ip addresses. What IP address do you get on WIFI and wired connections when you have this issue? Are they on the same subnet? Same gateway?

Do you have an "Intel Graphics" entry in your control panel? If so, could you try the settings there to see if anything changes?

Your system is telling you there is a problem with the hard drive. Backup your data ASAP. You could try running that check disk overnight and see if the system can remap any bad...
Your "hardware reserved" is taking 2GB. I would look into that first. Search on this site for more on the issue.
How much is reserved on the good system? Also, see if the bios versions match.
