Absolutely not pressing windows key + I. Sometimes my finger will slip or type two keys and the windows will pop up. Obviously I am mistyping a lot.

Sometimes whenever I mistype , the Settings App Window would open on my desktop. There is no apparent
combination of mistyping that I can identify. I can be on any part of the keyboard.
