It froze at the Dell logo 4 times and went into automatic repair 3 times. It doesn't seem like I can get back on it.

I discovered there was another Edge window open from a survey I did earlier so after closing Edge and reopening it the tabs disappeared and it acted like the Edge setting to continue where left off...
