Aspire-11 which is from 2014 with 8.1. I run win10 upgrade and it goes to the end and reports failure. Is there a log file of what caused the failure and where it's located?

Why do I have so many contact lists? I do have an Iphone with office apps on. Please educate me.
Previously I had office 2010 and only had 1 list.

OL 365 wouldn't open so I tried the repair options which didn't work. Then I reinstalled 365 and OL, word went to the online version, now can't geto my xfinity email, etc.
and office 2010 worked...
Just got readiris pro 17 with portable scanner... so I'll report back once I learn it.
I'll look at that, but maybe above my skill level to make it work??

I'm learning 365 slowly and working on issues. How do I sync contacts w/365 installed on my iphone/ipad. contacts are empty. Do I need to add an exchange account and is that the same(MS account info)...
Later in day found updates were waiting, installed them and all OK.
Still works on ipad and through comcast. PC is 1 week old new Dell w/win 11. No error msg's or warnings.
Is there a "repair" option? I thinking just reinstall office 365 but open to ideas?

I made the switch from POP3 to IMAP w/xfinity service.
With POP3 I had folders such as and mail would get filtered to correct folder such as:
inbox
sent
saved
auto
boats
science...
Found it, but why do I have many contact folders with several with contacts I havn't used contacts in years. Please educate me on them and which ones do I really need?
With ol 2010 I was able to select contacts tab and have listed from a-z which showed more than just the name.. And doesn't even
show wifes listing now. How do I add a new contact?
I changed from POP to IMAP, but 2 things changed even though it still uses the same .pst file in same location.
1 .pst file is same size as before with POP3 settings, but lost messages dated before...
Removed it and all OK now. Next question:
Since it looks like documents are saved to onedrive, is there a way to sync one drive with folders on PC. Currently have OD setup as D:/onedrive ?
Wish I was that lucky. with MS 365 word open and I try to open a doc it tries to open with 2010? I'm just going to remove 2010 and be done!
Do I need to uninstall office 2010 first, or can they co exist for awhile??
