I have scanned and removed all the files it reported as malware, though most of them I haven't used or executed for months/years, is there anything else I should do now?

At a glance of the files I will say that there's a filed called General Hotkeys.exe that is just a recompiled autohotkey script that I run, as well as a few other autohotkey scripts as the .ahk file...

I've ran the tool with default settings, results attached.

I'll try to get an ipconfig when it happens next, but I'm gonna hazard a guess and say I'm not losing IP as it would drop current connections if that was occurring I think
