I am totally confused using this Forum.
I also posted my problem to Microsoft Communities and that is where I got the procedure to upgrade[B] Windows, which I followed and it worked...

I am creating a new thread since my original problem "Unable to create Desktop Short cut nor New Folder in Windows 10" has been closed as solved.
Wanted to report the following for those who...

By the way, when I open any posts the Marked as Solved is always checked.
I clicked on it to try to uncheck the box which then seems to confirm that the problem is solved.
How does one handle this?
