What is point of this update on home versions where is no BitLocker?

Again, there are many non tech people. So this update should change everything by self if necessary.

Best will be "unassociated" which will prevent from opening/modify that files by accident.

No, i dont need "Impress" icon. I dont have any "Keynote" files. My key files are only licences for Winrar and Total Commander.

Keynote just used same file extension which is bad idea.

Strange, if I rename txt file to key, icon is still calc.

Okay, so if you create text document (txt, odt, doc, docx...) and change extension to key, it still opens in Impress or in Writer?

It seems it choose right application based on file content.

This is not LibreOffice fault but Windows fault. Have you tried erase those old icons in Windows search AppIconCache?

For me too if I search for files, but try search for program itself (LibreOffice, Math, Calc, Writer...).

I found folder where are those old thumbnails stored:

If I add "jpg" extension to those files I see...
