Clean install worked. Windows loads in seconds again. I never realized "Reset My PC" wasn't a clean install. Thanks for the help everyone.

I will try a clean install but probably not today.

I have everything disabled in the startup except for "Windows Security notification icon"

I ran through most of this already before but did it again just now. This boots up slow unfortunately. I have no missing drivers.

Is "Reset this PC" in recovery the same thing as a clean install? I am not buying a new drive. Everything is pretty fast except for the boot up.
