I followed all the above links....created the bios recovery flash drive but so far it is not responding. When I hold the win + b boot series for bios repair it actually turns on...

1-As soon as I see the HP logo I power off 5 times...same no boot
2- no on the beeps
3- no boot...startup repair no, system...
as soon as I power it on, within 5 seconds I get that message..it won't go further...cannot do a f9 for boot options or f10 for bios settings (because I don't have bios password.)...how am I going to...
