I have just reinstalled windows 10 from the flash drive,I deleted the windows that was on when i started the flash drive,I now have a windows with no old windows but what i cant understand is there...

I only have efi and windows,I already deleted recovery because i messed it up,is,nt there files that need to be in windows for it to re install?

Will try this later today,the way I,m doing it just adds windows old every time I think there,s about 3 or 4 on there

yes from a flash drive,is it safe to delete the c drive Before installing windows

I have checked the link you gave for clean install but I don’t get that,I get install window 10 on volume 4 or something like that

Can anybody tell me how to install windows 10 with no windows old folders,when I install windows I have 3 or 4 windows old folders,I want to install with no old folders just a clean copy of windows 10

hi denis,no i have disabled secure boot,I did a windows 10 on dvd and that boots up fine,when i googled this with the repair disc it seems this has happened to a lot when trying to do this particular...

I used windows media creator to download this and put it on a cd,all the files are ok and everything went to plan exept it wont boot,,I have seen online this problem has affected a lot of users and...

I did a system repair disk but it will not boot with eufi,does anyone know how I can fix this please?

yes for anybody else that come across this problem just moving the mouse usb dongle away from the usb 3 port does the trick

I have worked out it is the wireless mouse causing the issue,took the mouse dongle out and put it in a front usb 2 port and everything is working how it should,googled it and it is a common problem

It seems as though there is a conflict with the wireless mouse and the usb 3 ports ,when i put a flash drive in usb 3 port my mouse wont work,when i take the flash drive out,the mouse works,the flash...

how do i do that? Its a brand new pc so i expect they are

my usb 3 port is,nt working,only usb 2,I have the latest drivers as i use intel driver support assistant to get the latest drivers for my pc,can anyone suggest anything please

to back up the hidden ones do i have to change the option to view hidden files or will it just copy these files?

I have just spent days putting windows on and installing everything and changing settings so dont fancy having to do that again so will try to do one tomorrow evening as it tell me it takes about one...

can anyone tell me if i need to include the partition esp eufi when doing a windows system image,I have never done one before so have,nt a clue ,Im using r drive image
