Could be - what leads you to think it was a power delivery issue?

I'm leaning towards a mobo issue at this point, specifically to do with the onboard NIC....
Switched drive policy to quick removal per the youtube dude's suggestion. Let's see if that helps.

BSOD'ed again
Been out this eve, but it's still running. 28 hours in safe mode w/ network without cable plugged in.
Haven't tried another cable. Need to find one long enough to try swapping it.

Ok, turned off Fast Startup. Also switched back to high performance power plan. It looks like my attempt to install AMD drivers did manage to install AMD power plans.
