I'm using a USB wireless adapter to connect to my mobile hostpot and i've no problem downloading with my hotspot. If i connect the Usb wireless adapter to my Router i can't download big files because...

I have this problem with all sites but only when i download Big files.

I tried to download the same file on my pc with my Mobile Hotspot and it works. One person, with the same problem, suggested me to call my ISP and request a Public IP and remove the CGNAT.
