A friend had this problem:
On open a file in Acrobat 11, after a few secs it colsed!

I had similar problems in WIN 10
Just did that:
1. Disable web
2. Open Acrobat11
3. Wait 20 secs
4....

Just do that:
1. Disable web
2. Open Acrobat 11
3. Wait 20 secs
4. Neable web
5. Open the file you want

Done!
