Allright, I just ordered a new CPU. It will hopefully arrive on saturday.
If that doesn't solve my issues I am kind of out of options/ideas (at least from my side) but lets see what happens :)

actually I meant the latter. I tested both DIMMs with diagnostic software but as nothing was found I tested the PC with only DIMM 1 or 2 installed respectively. The BSODs continued.

I still received the same BSODs with the new mainboard and the two disabled drivers.

I did send in my CPU for replacement a month ago, but it came back today: "We tested it. It is fine."...

Since I disabled the two drivers I had no more BSOD so far.
But this is not that unusual.. I will continue testing. :)
