I used Revo free. I suppose it is the old version they give free. It does list the Windows Apps installed but the 2 culprits were not on the list.
Eventually ended up forcing ownership and deleting...

Treesize fails to delete even when running as admin. The folder has system permissions only.
I an a sysadmin guy. I can change ownership and delete but not sure it will screw up something else...
