Group policy change in 1809 showed real time protection grayed out and off in settings saying its controlled by gp.
Now in 21h2 settings its not and will automatically turn ON after reboot?

As soon as internet connection is shared to network bridge, receive is slowed down by 70-90MB/s and send is unaffected.

Last time I checked when looking at Libraries, you cant even index mapped network drives in win10 except maybe with sym links. :)
Have you considered another player like foobar2000?
Every time I reboot these show up as cdrom instead of network cards. Then I have to run the driver on the cdrom to get them back and then internet connection sharing is broken and have to redo that. ...
Have you tried connecting it to current hdd sata port?
It doesnt show up at all in BIOS hdd list somewhere? You got it connected to a intel port?
