I learned how to bypass the OOBE by either
1) creating a provision file using the Windows Configuration Designer, put it on a usb, then insert usb into target computer while computer on OOBE
2)...

Sorry, the context is I am using this bat script to run cmd as admin, and paring the output shortcut to this context menu .reg hack.
While it works and it opens cmd, it does not change to current...
