on non-main drive, it didnt have anything on it before
i did something i forgot what

now it has these folders:
$RECYCLE.BIN
Program Files
System...

there was no 'empty folders that wont delete' in non-main drive before, there should also be nothing now

even using non-main drive for apps, media or w/e should not be causing this, there's no os...

it/they were completely fresh windows 10 installs, on clean regular pcs and it happened?

they know what "Widgets" are, still uses IE, and dont know how to move bookmarks.. its all...

chrome is best in many ways, and i guess fav..., most of world uses it

seems like this saves acc info if you had set it up or something, which almost noone does so

looks like thing had saved logins from some desktop apps.........
