hooooh... accidently found... if someone will have same problem, responsible service for Privacy is: 'camsvc'

my windows is win 10 v19045.3570. Yes i disabled many services for optimization, now some parts of parameters not working, i fixed some parts with enabling relevant service. But i cant fix only this...

Hi. When im trying to enter Privacy settings im getting stack overrun error like this. Who knows cuz of which service im getting this error?
