Until the next Windows Insiders I won't see "scan with defender blah blah blah " . I clean install every single Insiders preview since the first one , 2 years ( almost ) . I will erase the file yet...

Delete that file , all the file and reboot ...never came back since i did like this ( sorry my bad english...easier...
