Tried that, still the same as it was with outlook 2007. If I write the email address in new email it works, its only when I click on embedded link it falls over!

Just installed Win 10 pro on new laptop, installed Microsoft Office 2016 and noticed if I open an email link on a website, it opens Outlook and creates new...

My Win10 Pro did an update on one of my workshop PCs, left it to its devices. Later when I switched on my account has vanished, says Other User, if I log in with my name it opens OK.

Ideally would like it to just open with plain screen as I had in Win7, new user to Win10 so still feeling way around, got rid of picture though!!

Trying to remove opening screen where it shows my picture and name, have tried various recommendations from searches but to no avail. i.e: local group settings etc.
