I just swapped motherboard, the old one was broken.
Now I can't log in because I need to change PIN at login for some reason and there is no internet connection.
How can I get around this?

The thing is I originally did a clean install with an older ISO and it failed to upgrade to the latest version.
So I had to redo the clean install with a new ISO.
Very irritating.

I got tired of trying to fix the update mechanism after a number of different attempts and went and downloaded Windows 10 November 2021 Update install file.
It's running now, we'll see if it works...

I just did a clean Windows 10 install using an old iso on a USB and have a similar issue. It gives me no options to update and also says I'm missing critical updates. Quite hilarious.

Yes but not really sure what resolved it.
I removed and reinstalled drivers, maybe that was it.

Yes MiniTools Partition Wizard worked, Disk Management couldn't handle it.
I had to move partitions to make space next to the main partition.
Works fine now.

I gave up on troubleshooting this further assuming the registry was corrupted.
Made an image to save data and did a fresh install on the large SSD.
Restored all data and reinstalled programs....

When bench-marking my 960 EVO with Samsung Magician it's now much slower for random IOPS read and I can't figure out why.
