That's the problem, don't have ShowKeyPlus on that computer. Windows Defender blocks it on the other computer.

If you had Win8.0 then the free 8.1 update shouldn't have asked for you to put in a new key, would keep what you had. Most times a reinstall of Win8.0 required updating to 8.1 from the Store again.
