Not really, there's many win32 programs/Apps which I haven't seen in S. At least half of Accessories are still win32 to say nothing about applets and control panel for instance. No idea what they did...

It's a bit unfortunately worded, I was expecting "normal" W10 to be able to switch to S mode (something like Tablet mode) for instance in another (guest) account.
