Your present RAM is made for and work at 2133MHz and new one to look for would be for 3000MHz frequency.

Yep, that's first stage. Now if you look at left side there should be DOCP that's st as Disabled. If you click on down triangle, it should give you possible speeds for RAM.

Ugh, that's one piss poor manual, almost nothing about BIO Settings. Did you move that dial to Performance > F10 > Save ?
