Unless your vid card or CPU is going over 75C, don't worry about it.
I also keep my computer room fairly cold... about 62F

Small form factor cases will always run a bit hotter... sort of like...

Your temps are higher because that a small form factor case. My case is a full tower, there's nine fans in there.
As long as the CPU and vid card temps stay below 75C you should be fine.
