Now, run Format Factory, normally and make sure it all still works.
All we did was manually remove FormatPlayer.exe
If the rest of Format Factory still works OK... ...
Copy JUST FormatPlayer.exe to the folder on the desktop, then delete FormatPlayer.exe from...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Format Factory
NO. The copy on your desktop was for safe keeping.
Anyway... see if Format Factory still works, without Format Player.

I would just create a folder on the Desktop called FormatFactory parts.
Then I would drag and drop FormatPlayer.exe from C:\Program Files...
Can you post a screen shot of the Format Factory install folder?
In other words, I want to see what's in the Format Factory install folder.
It's located in C:\Program Files (x86) The folder is...
Type Control Panel in the taskbar search box and then hit ENTER.
Go to Programs and Features.
Do you see Format Factory AND Format Player, listed there?
Can you uninstall just Format Player?
