The ones I built are all "mid" power rockets.
When you move up to high power rockets, you need certifications to fly those.
I'm a desktop computer person also.
But a modular laptop does sound intriguing.
There's a company that sells... modular laptops.
You can change out any of the hardware.
You'll have to research them ofc, but it "sounds" like a great idea.

I used REVO Uninstaller (free) to uninstall OneDrive, and did it's "scan for leftovers" and deleted everything it found.
