Tried them first. They made a "ticket". Either they couldn't or wouldn't help. That is why I came here.

I have no problem accessing the Ally Bank site on either PC. It does not go to my account on the Laptop but does go to my account on the desktop PC.

I had been using the address, that you suggested, for Ally Bank on every attempt "from the beginning" before I ever asked for help. Sorry I did not make that clear.
