I do not have clear understan of defference between them but I am member of Insider Preview. So, current Windows 10 (Build 10240) is updated from Build 10162 and original OS was Windows 8.1 pro.33055

I am on the fast ring & will toggle then wait for more than 24 hrs.
YES, Build 10525 has not much features but just interested for the memory management.

YES. I have copied install.esd file into ESDtoISO folder that has ESDtoISO.cmd as well. So,I selected ESDtoISO.cmd Run as administrator.
