Agree with Cliff S. Also, if you look under "Other Versions" on Intel's site you'll see the 8213 drivers are the same as those provided by Gigabyte, but the intel notes don't list the Z390 board...

Though you may not think so there are some performance gains and improvements if you choose to read the version notes. One should always get the latest version of any software supporting their system...
