Getting back on subject. My last online purchase was very exciting! :-) I ordered a 5 1/4" drop ball hitch for my pickup so I could pull my utility trailer without the tail end dragging the road. I...
One time I left the key in the ignition on my 2005 Ford Explorer and the door locked than a second or two later unlocked. I was in the habit of hitting the lock button when I closed the car door. It...
It's very hard to find a new vehicle with manual shift in the US. I was lucky when I was learning to drive more years ago than I want to remember. My dad had a 64 Chevy pickup with a 3 speed...
The mechanics at work did that to a few of the trucks years ago. They got tired of the drivers leaving the parking brakes on and burning them out. The parking brakes were on the transmissions. Works...
I have to admit that I only use the parking brake when on a incline. My very first car had a push button automatic transmission with no park. The parking brake was part of the transmission. On the...
Guess I should take some time to look through the owners manual. :-)
I found out something interesting about my 2017 Ram the other day. I only wanted to pull it up about a foot and I didn't have the seat belt on and the driver door was open. The brake came on and the...
Now I understand why you had to have the scanner to set the lights.
My First and only brand new 4 wheeler was a 1988 GMC 1500 pickup truck. I did buy a brand new 1976 Suzuki 250 motorcycle an a brand new 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 that I still have. My last vehicle...
I paid $300.00 dollars for the 1960 Dodge Matador in 1973. I don't remember exactly but I do know I was making less than $4.00 a hour then. My second car was a 1966 Chevy Impala S.S. I loved that...
Just a reminder to anyone interested. Tomorrow starts the Amazon Prime Day.
Nice. Much better than having to use 3 different mice. I'm using a cheap wireless mouse that doesn't even have on/off switch. It's so cheap that I can't even find the brand name. Knowing me it...
Both are now classic. I take it you no longer have them. My first car was a 1960 Dodge Matador. Dodge only made them 1 year. Sadly it was nickle and diming me so It went to the scrap yard.
Nice mouse. What is the 123 button used for?
I'm still thinking about this statement. Why would a smart TV have more processing power. Because my Roku boxes work better I would think that they have more processing power than a smart TV. The...
My post was a joke because on both of my trucks I only had to turn the switch to auto. After that I never had to touch the switch. Auto on daytime driving lights, auto on headlights when it started...
I've had a few smart TVs of different brands and including my 2 Sony Blue-ray players I have always had better performance from my old Roku box. I guess we all have our preferences.
I can't answer your question about the Tizen OS. I can say this though. My Roku boxes outperforms my smart TVs and my Sony smart Blue-ray players.
I have to use the old way of using the daytime running lights. Turn the light switch to auto. :)
I know in the US a lot of snowbirds pay for someone to drive their car to Florida.
If I remember correctly they also have a slightly different engine. My 2005 Ford Explorer has over 180 thousand miles and still running good.
Good choice. My son has a 2009 Ford Fusion with over 200 thousand miles and still run great.
I decided it was time to upgrade to a new desktop The one I have is almost 3 years old. I ordered this from Micro Center tonight and will pick it up tomorrow. . PowerSpec B746 Desktop Computer; Intel...
My last online purchase and in store pickup from Micro Center. My wifes birthday present. HP 15-dy1043dx 15.6 Laptop Computer Refurbished - Silver : Micro Center
Ordered this on Monday from amazon and it was delivered today. The Install was very easy. The price was right and it will do all I need. So far a definite improvement over the Intel on board video...
