Have given up with Nitro and moved to Cute PDF works with no issues on win 10. Maybe give Nitro a few months to sort itself out?

I have installed Nitro Reader 3 and all I need to use it for is to create pdf docs from word files and then save them. It just will not create the pdf which normally opens up on the screen, yet works...
