Wired keyboard. Removed Razer software, an unwanted game, stopped origin at startup and shut down. Now can't even get the task bar to unhide for the first few minutes !, then suddenly the windows...

Both fail to respond initially.... After a few minutes both work fine !

Whenever I switch on my sons pc all looks fine other than for the first 5-10 minutes the start button doesn't work at all ?. Afterwards its fine !?.

While non responsive I can right click the task...

Programs have been removed by windows reset but they still exist in the start menu !!

PC suddenly had an issue where the was too took ages to appear and the start button wouldn't respond. Restart, troubleshooter, repair didn't work so had to reset windows.

PC up and running again...

Initially tried Valley that was working well under win7 (now upgraded to 10).

It installed ok but on run it generated an error re a .cfg file missing. Yes tried running the desktop link as admin...

I unchecked the above and tried to end WAS (windows process activation service) yet get an error message...

I've disabled IIS and IIS Hostable Web Core in windows features yet still cannot delete this folder !

Faulty dimm socket or motherboard tracks to that socket. Make sure the faulty socket is clear of dust/particles. Beware of any overclocks on the system too.
