Well this is weird. I just completed the inplace upgrade/repair and yet the microsoft apps like store, videos, armoury still don't open. When I open a video I get the error:

File system error...

I just have to clarify - do you mean I will absolutely KEEP my installed programs, or absolutely LOSE them?
