I use Seamonkey and Edge. Was using Vivaldi for awhile and I think it supported it. Netscape and Mozilla used to.

Settings, About gets you the latest.

They are separate. Both are available.

If that was Manage Favorites then right click on the Favorites bar and select Manage Favorites.

I have a htm or swf or PDF or .... file on my hard drive and I want to open it in Edge beta. How do I do this. Nothing to do with downloads.

The Options seem a bit easier to setup but still no way to set what page opens when you start a new tab.
