Welcome and thanks for dropping by. I think everyone who has this problem is OK if they select Edge or Chrome or any other browser as the default. That is they don't get the pop up box...
I had already done the scannow but did it again anyway followed by the winsock reset. It made no difference at all. I then disabled the add-ins in OL and it also made no difference at all. In OL2007...
I have exactly the same problem with Outlook 2007 as well. It's driving me nuts!
